Title: Senior Project Engineer - requisition #1017
Department: Engineering    
Hours: Full Time
Description: The individual in this position must have a relevant (4 years) Bachelors degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years experience as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Leader. This individual will be responsible for the generation and implementation of engineering, programatic and certification solutions for each assigned project. This individual will manage the planning and implementation of solutions to projects as directed by the Manager of System Engineering and is responsible for budget generation and subsequent budget management. The individual is expected to become a subject matter expert on the assigned project and provide guidance and mentoring to team members. Knowledge of 14CFR Part 29 certification regulations is a plus. This individual is also expected to consistently display the highest levels of job knowledge, professional integrity and work ethic.
Title: Aircraft Mechanic - requisition #1001

Description: Currently looking for applicant(s) that have aircraft component overhaul experience. It is a plus if the applicant is familiar with the components on the S64 and/or CH54 model aircraft and specifically the following components: Main Gearbox, Main/Tail Rotor Head, Intermediate/Tall Gearbox, Turbine Engines, (P&W JT12 or JFTD12A). Fuel Components (FCU and Fuel Pumps), Main/Tail Rotor Blade repair, and Hydraulic Components and Landing Gear. Overhaul requires the ability to perform the following: disassembly, cleaning, detailed visual inspection, dimensional inspection, final assembly, and testing.
Title: Quality Inspector - requisition #1033

Description: Performs in process and final inspections for parts and components that have been repaired/overhauled or manufactured. This includes making final airworthiness determination. Will perform internal audits of repair station and manufacturing processes. Will be responsible for reviewing maintenance records, logcards, and all associated records for accuracy and will perform receiving and shipping inspection.

Requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanics certificate. The individual must have previous inspection experience in the aerospace industry. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data and effectively use precision measuring tools. Must have computer experience and be communicate effectively.
Title: Materials Admin. Asst. - requisition #1039

Description: The individual in this position will provide administrative support in an environment requiring high level attention to detail. Responsibilities include organization and maintenance of paper and electronic files, departmental manuals and procedures, as well as clerical functions. The individual must have at least 5 years experience in administrative support in a manufacturing environment with aviation experience a plus. Must have advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); experience with MS Access and/or Sequel Server Database is preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Title: Structures Engineer - requisition #1040

Description: This individual will provide engineering support to internal and external customer (e.g. production personnel, suppliers, materials, quality, design). The individual will review proposed deviations from approved type design (e.g. drawing changes, repairs) to ensure flight safety, satisfy regulatory requirement and provide approval. This individual will generate analytical or comparative substantiation as required to show that the proposed change meets the structural and functional requirements of the aircraft design. They will also provide structural engineering technical expertise during the design phase and testing of new or modified designs. Must be able to investigate and provide recommendations for reported aircraft structures safety issues or service failures. BS, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and advanced engineering degree in related field preferred (4yr engineering degree in a related field and 5yr or greater in aircraft structural analysis. Strong background in stress analysis preferred
Title: Aviation Painter - requisition #1020

Description: The individual will perform all aspects of surface preparation, layout design, and painting of aircraft parts, components and aircraft. Must be able to work from designs, drawings or verbal instruction. Maintain the highest quality and safety standards and work in a team environment. Experience in painting automotive/aircraft required. It is preferred the individual have an Associates Refinishing Technology Degree. Must be willing to work swing shift as required.

Description: Individual in this full-time position will develop bill of materials, work instructions and create shop routers for fabrication of components, assemblies and installations. The individual will be responsible to develop a manufacturing build plan and identify interface tooling to meet production requirements. Must have technical knowledge of assembly practices, m aterial processing, shop practices and tool usage in an assembly and fabrication environment. Must be able to interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Individual must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with excellent computer skills. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. The successful applicant will have a minimum two-year degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from an accredited institution. SolidWorks or CATIA V5 experience a plus.
Title: Machinist - requisition #1015
Department: Machine Shop

Description: The individual in this position is responsible for the machining of S64-E and S64-F main rotor blades, tail rotor blades, and associated hardware. The individual must be an experienced machinist with the ability to set up and program a vertical machining center and be capable of holding tolerances down to hundred thousandths of an inch. The individual must be able to read and interpret blue prints, follow written instructions, and require little to no supervision. The individual must be able to understand and use documentation forms and paperwork in accordance with company and FAA standards.

Description: Person in this position is responsible for procurement of part requirements to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS), unscheduled demand, and for the planning and maintenance of inventory buffer levels. They are responsible for setting up and maintaining a strong supply chain management system in support of company goals. Key performance attributes include negotiation with suppliers, performing data entry, and use of computerized management systems to conduct purchase order activities.

Experience: 1 year as an inventory planner/buyer.

Abilities: advanced user of MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.

Prefered abilities: experience with MRP/ERP, MS Project, MS Access/Sequel, or other database experience.
